If you're wondering how to learn reiki, we're happy to share that anyone -- yes, ANYONE -- is capable of exploring this form of healing energy work. We offer reiki training classes in small groups in person (recommended) in Cromwell, Connecticut, and online.

Kristin Vece (Owner of Elevate Healing Arts) has designed her Intuitive Reiki certification courses to emphasize that everyone is eternally connected to Source Light, and all people are capable of moving and clearing energy. Whether you are brand new or looking for a refresher, Reiki Training is open to everyone regardless of experience.  

Reiki can be used to support a range of needs, including and not limited to:

• Clearing the energy in your home or workspace
• Moving stuck energy in your physical, mental, or emotional fields
• Supporting anxiety, sleep, pain management, & illness
