Her entire life, Kristin has been fascinated by patterns and learning lessons unique to each individual and shared by the collective. As a child, Kristin was intuitive and connected, but through adolescence leaned on her interest in personality and psychology, as well as her connection with the arts. With a natural love of teaching and counseling, Kristin began a fulfilling career in music education. After a decade of teaching in the school setting, Kristin is grateful for the beautiful souls she encountered (many of them children) who ushered her back into purpose through pursuit of the healing arts.
As the owner of ELEVATE | Healing Arts LLC, Kristin is on a mission to connect a community of creative teachers, healers, and learners. With the belief that teaching, learning, and healing go hand-in-hand, Kristin's approach is to offer kindness and compassion to all beings. While she continues to teach music and hold space for the performing arts, Kristin is keen to escort others through Spiritual awakening and transformation through her offerings of Sound Healing & Meditation, Numerology birth chart readings, Reiki Healing Sessions, and Essential Oil Healing. Kristin is also an active doTERRA Wellness Advocate, educating and supporting others as they seek natural wellness alternatives using Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils.

Healing Sessions
Kristin's goal in each healing session is to provide the template for inner and outer healing, allowing each individual a connection of mind, body, and Spirit through various healing modalities. Sessions typically include an aura scan, intuitive messages, aromatherapy experience, crystal and pendulum clearing, and a complete Reiki healing session with guided meditation and sound healing. Longer sessions (75-min) allow for a card reading, body scan clearing, and optional essential oil application.
Certified in Holographic Sound Healing, Kristin channels healing vibrations through toning, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to clear stagnant energy from the body. Kristin's approach is to restore balance in your mind and body, setting the intention that outdated patterns are released and that your soul continues to grow and heal beyond your session.
The addition of a complimentary essential oil application (included for FREE with a 75-minute session) offers physical benefits on a cellular level while creating a pathway to deeper emotional and spiritual healing. The flow of reiki energy works synergistically with the oils to amplify your healing experience. Kristin will consult with each client on the preferred method of incorporating the oils into the healing session.
