Portal painting is a form of creative energy work.  It engages the body, mind and spirit in a guided, multi-sensory,  experience.  This workshop is for you if you are currently:

• On a healing journey of any kind (physical, emotional or spiritual)
• In a time of transition (career change, season of life change, moving, relationship transition, etc)
• Feeling a strong call towards creative expression or reconnecting with your creative spirit
• Need to get out of a rut, or shift some negative patterns in your life

In this workshop you will:

• Connect to your dreams and visions for the new year
• Release old behavior patterns that no longer serve you
• Embody the person you are becoming in this next chapter of your life

And, you will create an energetically charged piece of art that you can use to hold a higher vibration in your work or living space.  Absolutely no art training or ability is required for this process! Everyone's piece of art will be different and unique.
